Cures Within Reach to Launch New Clinical Repurposing Initiative on Veterans Day

Initiative will support veterans and active military with unmet medical needs

Cures WithinReach (CWR), a leading global nonprofit focused on improving patient quality and length of life by leveraging the speed, safety and cost-effectiveness of medical repurposing research, today announced that it will launch a major new initiative on November 11, 2020 in recognition of Veterans Day.

The new initiative will build upon CWR’s portfolio of current drug repurposing and other therapeutic repurposing projects (http://bit.ly/cwrcurrent) that utilize proven therapies into new indications, including those underway on behalf of veterans and/or active military that are treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and limb trauma.
