Cures Within Reach’s Investment Portfolio

Our repurposing investment portfolio began by informally investing repurposing startups several years ago or when we received a small amount of equity after our funded research led to a startup. In 2018, we launched the Impact Awards to expand this effort and thoughtfully build a repurposing investment portfolio. By funding projects at startups with repurposing-specific commercial opportunities that are tied to equity or future equity, we help to de-risk these repurposing startups, while any return on investment will fund future Impact Awards, our mission and other CWR programs, “giving forward” into the future.
