Engaging Social Services and Faith-Based Organizations in Clinical Trials: 2025 Event

Our virtual Fall 2025 convening event!

Engaging Social Services and Faith-Based Organizations in Clinical Trials

October 16, 2025 from 5pm – 6:15pm ET / 4pm – 5:15pm CT

Don’t underestimate the value of social services and faith-based organizations to support clinical trials with sites nearby. This event will discuss best practices when engaging social services and faith-based organizations trusted by patients who often do not know of or participate in clinical trials. Speakers (representing social services and faith-based organizations, industry, and clinical researchers) will focus on how PIs and the clinical trial team can ‘expand the table’ to include, encourage, and enable social services and faith-based organizations as collaborators in clinical trials.

Topics will include:

  • How to approach social services and faith-based organizations about a future or ongoing clinical trial or for post-trial dissemination
  • Messaging the benefits and opportunities for social services and faith-based organizations as a collaborator – what’s in it for them
  • How to connect and succeed with social services and faith-based organizations when they aren’t part of your institution’s system
  • How remote / decentralized clinical trial strategies could be used at social services and faith-based organizations
  • Building long-term partnerships with social services and faith-based organizations that aren’t just transactional
  • Q&A Session
